Terms and Conditions

Reservation
A deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking and the balance at least 30 days before the tour begins. The deposit may be forfeited in case of cancellations and amendments.

Rates
Rates include all expenses in respect of accommodation, vehicles and game drives with regard to the chosen itinerary, meals whilst on safari and entrance fees to National Parks and Game Reserves. All other expenses of a personal nature such as airport tax, visas, tips, beverages, laundry etc. are not included. All rates are based on tariffs and prevailing exchange rates at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.

Transportation
Saloon vehicles, vans, 4-wheel drives or coaches are provided according to the route and number of clients. We reserve the right to employ the services of sub-contractors as and when deemed necessary. We also provide English-speaking drivers and guides.

Accommodation
This is based on tow persons sharing a twin room/tent. Where possible, rooms with private bathroom are provided Single rooms are available at an additional cost but cannot be guaranteed. The hotels/lodges named are an indication of the kind of accommodation to be expected, however rooms may be reserved in similar lodges/hotels in the event of any unforeseen changes.

Alterations to Tours
The company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should circumstances demand it. It also revers the right to decline or retain any person as a member of any tour or any time, in which case a refund will be made accordingly.

Liability
The company and it agents act only as agents of the customer in all matters relating to hotel / lodge accommodation, tours, transport etc., and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage whatsoever. The company’s liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which any action arises.

All expeditions involve an element of risk, and members of any expedition must accept this risk as the company accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to baggage, personal effects, valuables, or money. It is therefore adviced to take an insurance cover for personal effects, accidents and medical expenses. We will be happy to arrange this for you upon request.
